Thank YOU! so much for your purchase you made at SOl's of Berlin, Berlin Ohio! We greatly appreciate your interst in our hand crafted art. You purchased one of our favorites the Family Gathering of Black Bears. and 2 other Lighthouse/Beach Sceens. Our art is Hand Crafted in PA. by my hubby and I. We do display as much as we can in our little Sol's space we rent on a monthly bases. You have purchased Artist prints that we frame on flagstone and then hand paint the edges of the stone to continue the lines and color around the edges. Sounds easy but, it's a 5 -7 day process to make each one of the stones you purchased. Please see us at one of our up coming shows. and let us know you are a previous customer. I LUV to take good care of our customers. Marjorie

I recently found this type of product in amish country in ohio.. uncertain the stores name something sol. but i was so amazed by the images that i bought 3. teh largest one is one of a momma bear and her cubs in the woods the other two are beach or ocean sceens. I'm kind of interesting in looking at more. and would love to attend a show. Still confused on what exactly that you do. at first glance i thought someone actually painted it on there.. but can not feel any difference in texture.

I recently purchased "Son-build me a bridge" while in Cleveland. I have changed my mind
on giving this to my husband, due to his condition. I would like to mail it bck to you, (I have not opened it, and would insure it. ) If this is possible, I would like for you to credit the $40 plus tax towards another picture. The only one that sticks in my mind right now is the wagon by the barn or farm house, mostly white & grays. I will not be able to come to any of
your showings until you get to Columbian in the fall. Please let me know if this is possible.
thanking you in advance, I remain:
Sincerely,

Last year I purchased the polar bear and cubs flagstone at the Cleveland IX show. I love this piece and receive many comments on it when we have visitors. I hope to be at the Christmas in the Country show next week and would be interested in any more polar bears you may have.

Jacqueline- I'm not sure if your are speaking of the Single Oak Tree in the Snow Storm (Photo #12 under most popular stones. or Pine Trees in the Forest #33 also un most popular stones. They are bith shown on the website under most popular photo's in the photo gallery. Due to the size of this stone we recommend you picking it up at a show or at our studio. It is very costly to package and ship this size of a stone. Please email me or call me for more assistance with your order. cell - 440-228-6607 Thank YOu!

Tom - Thank You for our Comment and question concerning our process of framing artist prints. We purchase prints just like many other framing companies, wholesale, in large quantities from our suppliers. The prints are Not copies. Our company name is "Framing on Stone". This is a Unique way of framing an artist prints. My husband & I love sharing this method of framing art. Our process does take 5-7 days to frame a prints we purchase. If you feel our prices are low for what you may have seen them sold else, then maybe, that is a good thing for you and our following of customers. We are offering a Wonderful product that is Hand Crafted in America and offered at what we feel is a fair price. I take your comment as a compliment. Please enjoy our art and feel rest assured we are not framing Copies of orginal art. You can find my number on the website if you wish to discuss this with me further.

How are you buying a print that sells for hundreds and "putting" it on flagstone and selling it for less than the print sells for. Are the prints being copied without the artists consent

I bought a piece at the christmas fair in cleveland ohio and it is one of my favorite pieces of art. I bought the running horses and the colors are vibrant and the piece is just breathtaking. I am so glad i bought it. Hanging was a challenge since the piece is 15" wide and our studs are 16" on center-but my husband being a carpenter actually hung it in the dry wall using special molly like hangers - it has been up for a couple months now and still secure!

Yes, these are all artist prints we frame on flagstone. We are not changing the orginal artist work. We are simply framing their print in a Unique one of a kind way. It is illegal for me to make any changes to the orginal artist work. We have several artist, on a regular bases have us frame their art on flagstone for them. Thank You for the Question.

And thank you both for your help......such a pleasure to meet you both. Thank you for sharing your talent and I will look forward to my NEXT purchase!!!

I recognize alot of the prints you are using & wondered if you need the artist permission to their artwork in what you are doing?

Hi Margie,
Thank you so much for sending us the new stone picture. We were so happy that you were able to get us a new one out here in Tempe, AZ so quickly and safely. It has been a pleasure working with you and your husband. We so appreciate the way you handled our request and we will definately look for you when we visit Ohio again at the Yankee Peddler festival or any craft show we can find you at next year. We hope you and your family have a wonderful and safe holiday season. Thanks Again, Lori
